Telit got and rejected a proposal from Lantronix Inc. (US IoT public company) and is in discussions about a possible offer with DBAY Advisors Limited, ("DBAY"). Telit is also continuing discussions with Lantronix. The consideration for any offer, if made, is likely to be Lantronix shares. #bearish for Lantronix

$LTRX the company showed no growth in the last years with zero or negative ROE in a booming segment like IoT. So they put M&A as a strategic focus. This is especially bad idea in the electronic engineering space where integrations of companies is hard. That's a bad sign #bearish.
