$TORNTPHARM yes, revenue declined QoQ but such events happened on the way of Torrent growth - look at Q4 2012, Q4 2011, Q4 2010, Q2 2009. And it always rebounded to continue 19-30% revenue growth I mentioned before. So don't panic and #hold If the price goes lower - it will be a good buying opportunity!

$TORNTPHARM results are quite disappointing - revenue and gross profit declined. And the revenue in Q1-Q3 2014 is still below that of in Q4 2013. It looks like it's not a growing company any more... #sell while the price is still good

$TORNTPHARM Torrent Pharma announces Q3 FY 14-15 results
• For Q314-15 revenues were at Rs. 1,168 crores, up by 15% from Rs. 1,015 crores during the same period last year.
• EBITDA for Q314-15 was at Rs. 305 crores up by 36% from Rs. 225 crores during the same period last year.
• PAT for Q314-15 was at Rs. 167 crores up by 6% compared to Rs. 158 crores during the same period last year.
• Company declared an interim dividend of 100% (Rs. 5/- per share).

$TORNTPHARM the company was growing 19-30% in 2012-2014FY and is forecated to grow 15-20% in 2015-2017FY. EBITDA margin was expanding and have reached 27%. It's expected to drop a bit to 25%. And for this growth minus EBITDA decrease you pay 19x EV/EBITDA - for me it's a fair price and I don't expect much growth in the first half of 2015.

$TORNTPHARM @Akshay-Bhardwaj @Rajesh-Khattar I would add that their revenue base is international and well diversified (29% US, 35% Europe, 20% Brasil) so that's why it had steady growth which is not supposed to interrupt. Also, pharma industry is growing well in developed countries - population is aging and wants more drugs unfortunatelly... Torrent is a beneficiary of this process
