$TCS Deutsche Bank has agreed to sell its IT services unit Postbank Systems to India’s Tata Consultancy Services, as part of its sweeping 2019 plan to bring down costs at the bank.

The sale, set for completion by the end of the year, will cost approximately €120m, the bank said. The hit has been factored into its cost-reduction strategy, which centres around cutting 18,000 jobs. #bullish

Nestle reported total sales of Rs 3,525 crore, a growth of 10.2%. Profit for the quarter declined to Rs 587 crore, from Rs 595.3 crore in the year-ago period (-1.4%).

“We continued our strong performance in the e‐commerce channels, which grew by 97 per cent and now contributes about 4 per cent of domestic sales,”

Probably these results are already in the stock price in April - investors anticipated positive dynamic due work from home. Then the stock declined a bit - now time to #buy again
