HEG Limited manufactures and exports graphite electrodes in India. It operates through three segments: Graphite, Power, and Unallocable Items/Others. The company offers ultra-high power grade graphite electrodes and high-power grade graphite electrodes for use in electric arc furnace to steel producers. It also operates 2 thermal power plants and 1 hydroelectric power plant with a generation capacity of approximately 76.5 megawatts. In addition, it offers activated carbon fabric products used in air-conditioner and air purifying filters, clean rooms, pollution control filters, anti pollution masks, refrigerator deodouriser, and cigarette filters; and carbon blocks that are used to manufacture heat exchangers, etc. HEG Limited was incorporated in 1972 and is based in Noida, India.
