Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited provides housing finance to retail customers for construction or purchase of residential property. It offers home loans, which include home improvement loans, home construction loans, home extension loans, home loans for the self employed, plot loans/land loans, plot + construction composite loans, home loans for transfer, and home loans for non resident Indians; and non-housing loan products, such as loans against property, lease rental financing, purchase of commercial premises, and top-up loans. The company also provides project, mortgage, and education loans. In addition, it offers property and insurance services, as well as offers fixed deposit schemes, including Aashray Deposits and Swayamsidha Deposit.
