About Adani Power
Adani Power Limited, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the generation and transmission of electricity under long term power purchase agreements and on merchant basis in India. It generates electricity through thermal and solar energy sources. The company has three power projects with a combined installed capacity of 9240 MW. It also operates +/-500 KV high voltage direct current transmission line of approximately 990 kms from Mundra, Gujarat to Mohindergarh, Haryana; a 400 KV double circuit (DC) transmission line of approximately 434 kms from Mundra, Gujarat to Dehgam, Gujarat; and a 400 KV DC transmission line of approximately 218 kms from Tiroda, Maharashtra to Warora, Maharashtra. The company was founded in 1988 and is based in Ahmedabad, India. Adani Power Limited is a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited.
