This segment serves the molten aluminum, iron foundry, steel foundry, and investment casting industries. The Microfiltration segment designs and manufactures a range of specialist filtration equipment for application in the areas of aerospace, energy, bioscience, water, industrial, chemical process, power generation, pharmaceutical, environment, and food and beverage. This segment is also involved in the manufacture and sale of laboratory microplates to life sciences, biotechnology, research and development, and molecular biology applications; and automated wet chemistry discrete and continuous flow analyzers for use in environmental and industrial laboratories.
