$LKOH board recommended the final 2014 dividend for 94 rub with the record date July 14. That means 154 total dividend for the year or 5.8% payout ratio at current price. The trade idea of buying Russian oil stocks for dividends pays off :) #buy

$ROSN$LKOH$GAZ$SGGD$ATAD what are the catalysts for Russian oil stocks now? At the moment no, so I would #hold

$MGNT$NVTK$LKOH Bloomberg published on Friday a really positive article about Russian stocks - the first time since March 2014 when Ukraine events started. Russian stocks went quite low during 2014. Is it time to #buy?
$ROSN$LKOH Goldman made a nice analysis supporting my previous point. They also incorporated recent Ruble devaluation into the picture. "investor concerns about the health of Russia's oil industry should remain more myth than reality"
$ROSN$LKOH no, Russian Natural resource extraction tax extracts all the surplus so that oil companies are getting a relatively fixed margin at any oil price above certain level which is below $50.

$ROSN$LKOH Don't you think that oil price uncertainty also influences Russian oil producers?

$ROSN$LKOH valuations are cheap (P/E 6 for Rosneft, 5 for Lukoil) but there is so much uncertainty in whether investors will continue to back out from Russia or start to return in 1-2 years. #hold
