The LGR segment provides annuity contracts with guaranteed income for a specified time; and longevity insurance products for company pension schemes. The LGIM segment offers index fund management; active fixed income and liquidity management; solution and liability driven investment; active equity; and real estate funds. The LGC segment manages portfolios of equity, property, bond, and other direct investments; and offers investments focusing on housing, urban regeneration, energy, and alternate financing. The LGA segment provides individual term assurance, which provides death benefits; universal life contracts, including savings and death benefits; and annuities. The company is also involved in treasury operations; institutional fund, unit trust, and property management activities; and reinsurance business, as well as provides property, equity, mixed asset, fixed interest, and debt security unit trust products.
