Bango $BGO has even lower Adj. EBITDA of 4.8% in 2019. But that could be attributed to that it's 4 times smaller than $BOKU ... actually it's size by is comparable to Fortumo, even a bit bigger. So Fortumo looks like a very profitable player among these three. Why did they sell? Suspected that this is peak profitability and it will only decline due to declining take up rate in the industry? #bearish

$BOKU @Ray-McNamara Fortumo acquisition revealed Boku's low efficiency... it has Adj. EBITDA margin of 32% while Boku has only 15% being 5 times bigger by revenue. I suspect Boku is hugely ineffective... #bearish

$BOKU acquires Fortumo for up to $45m. Fortumo had Revenue of $7,207m and Adj. EBITDA 2,338 in 2019 - which means it's acquiring for 19x EV/EBITDA - not cheap! Of course the deal will be immediately earning accretive for Boku because Boku is unprofitable!! #neutral
