$TCM DBAY Advisors (after heavy bargaining from Telit management) decided not to make an offer... #sell

Adam Taylor 07 Dec 2020, 10:26

$TCM Telit is continuing hard negotiations in public and private domains.

"The Board of Telit believes that an offer at £1.948 per Telit share would fundamentally undervalue Telit."

I am afraid that they could loose all the bidders with so delayed negotiations for so small company.

Another M&A news from $TCM Telit: today Telit announced that it has received a preliminary proposal from u-blox Holding AG regarding all-share merger: Telit shareholders would receive u-blox shares with a value of £2.50 per Telit share, which would result in Telit shareholders owning approximately 53% in the combined company.

$TCM yesterday's update about COVID-19 impact: some slowdown in customer demand which will lead to slower but still positive revenue growth in FY2020. Implemented cost cutting: -15% top management salaries, all discretionary spendings including marketing and travel costs.

As a result: "we still expect to meet market expectations for full-year Adjusted EBITDA and profit in cash."

Matthew Cameron 06 Mar 2020, 21:12

$TCM reassured investors that supply chain is working without disruptions despite COVID-19 due to usage of "multiple contract manufacturers with a wide geographic footprint". "The Group's main supplier is located in China and resumed operations in mid-February 2020 and the remainder of Telit's suppliers are fully operational."

They also reiterated confidence in meeting for BoD's expectations for 2020 - but they were never announced. #bullish
