$HSW $IHG Wealthy people have the means to be the most cautious during COVID-19 crisis - they have space and can work from homes or summer homes and limit travel. Middle and lower classes still have to travel for work and have to travel for vacations to get some rest. Also people spend less due to the crisis and demand is shifting toward cheaper hotels.

This is clearly supported by US market recovery data - the highest occupancy rates in the US are in the Economy hotels! #buy
