$HSW TJ Kelly, Chief Financial Officer, will resign from the roles of Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") effective 1 December 2020, while remaining with the Company until 31st December 2020 to ensure an orderly handover.
As previously announced, Caroline Sherry, Group Financial Controller, will take up her new role as Chief Financial Officer and join the Board as an Executive Director, effective 1 December 2020.

$HSW$IHG Wealthy people have the means to be the most cautious during COVID-19 crisis - they have space and can work from homes or summer homes and limit travel. Middle and lower classes still have to travel for work and have to travel for vacations to get some rest. Also people spend less due to the crisis and demand is shifting toward cheaper hotels.
This is clearly supported by US market recovery data - the highest occupancy rates in the US are in the Economy hotels! #buy

$HSW 2019 results were announced today. Turnaround strategy of new CEO finally showed clear results - bookings were up in Q4 2019 YoY. But COVID-19 clearly spoiled the whole picture: 2020 Q1 EBITDA hit is estimated in the range of €3m to €4m. (2019 Adj. EBITDA was 20.5m) #bearish
